Equipment Service Engineer (Electrical Instrumentation Direction)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation equipment at the company’s facilities and at papermaking customer sites, ensuring stable equipment operation;

2. Conduct equipment installation, fault diagnosis, maintenance, and technical support at the paper-making customer's site.

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance, spot inspection, upkeep, and upgrading of the company's internal production equipment and automation systems.

4. Participate in the introduction, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment, ensuring that the equipment meets process requirements and safety standards.

5. Prepare equipment maintenance records, failure analysis reports, technical improvement plans, and propose preventive measures.

6. Communicate and collaborate with customer, sales, technical, and other teams to provide professional electrical and instrumental technical support.

7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, majoring in electrical automation, instrumentation, mechatronics, or related fields;

2. More than three years of experience in electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance or after-sales service, with preference given to those with experience in the paper industry;

3. Strong on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to independently solve problems related to electrical and instrumentation equipment;

4. Able to adapt to business travel and on-site service at paper mills, with strong resilience under pressure;
