On April 19, 2014, our company participated in the “Recruitment Fair for Chemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical and Related Specialties in Jiangsu Province.”
On the evening of April 18, in order to recruit outstanding talent for the company,
a team of five people including Mr. Li, Mr. Feng, and Mr. Zhang from the Technology R&D Department, under the organization of the Human Resources Department, braved the rain and drove to Nanjing to prepare for the provincial talent recruitment fair to be held the next day.
Early on April 19, with the spring rain still falling, everyone eagerly rushed to the Nanjing International Exhibition Center to participate in the upcoming job fair. Upon arrival, everyone quickly began setting up the recruitment booth. At 8:30 a.m., the job fair officially began. As job seekers arrived one after another, the venue quickly became crowded. There was also a steady flow of applicants interested in our company.
After a busy day, although everyone felt tired, they could not hide their joy. Recruiting suitable and talented individuals for the company and supporting its development is the shared goal of all of us.
