  • Active ingredient

Mixture of emulsifiers, penetrants, dispersants, and anti-redeposition agents

  • Description for use

This product can be used for cleaning both during machine shutdown and online operation.

    Online Cleaning:

During paper machine operation, feed the undiluted product via a high-pressure pump through the machine’s multi-stage high-pressure water pump inlet, or deliver it via a plunger pump to the felt high-pressure shower system. The cleaner is then evenly sprayed onto the felt through this system in timed intervals using high-pressure water.
Recommendation: Perform one automated cleaning cycle daily with a spray duration of 4–6 hours per session, controlled by a timer switch.
Dosage Adjustment: The feed rate may be fine-tuned via the plunger pump based on stock cleanliness and felt water permeability, as needed.

    Shutdown Cleaning:

① Prepare a 5% concentration solution of FC-30 by diluting it with water.
② Stop stock supply, shut off water for 5 minutes, then switch the paper machine to creep speed and release tension on the felt.
③ Evenly spray the prepared cleaning solution across the entire felt width. To ensure uniform absorption, spray duration should cover 3–5 full felt rotations (approximately 10–15 minutes).
④ After cleaning, maintain the felt at creep speed for 5–10 minutes, then rinse with water until no slippery residue remains on the felt.
